The boys and girls from St James' PS Whiteabbey joined us on a chilly wintry day. They were a very creative group which played indoor games at lunchtime due to the bad weather.
We chose this focus because the candle represents that Jesus Christ is with us.
We picked 'What a wonderful World', its about loving others and taking care of the wonderful world that God gave us.
The song 'Fireworks' represents the light in us.
Matthew (5:14-16) a light for the world. Jesus light is not just for one of us, he is for all of us. Everybody should be respected as much as others.
We believe in Jesus and believe when we help one another we make a dream team.

Hi I'm Chloe from St James Primary School,
I loved De La Salle Retreat, much better than sitting in class doing work. Even
though I am not making my Confirmation, I still had lots of fun. I even got to
design a poster (Dream Team) and a kite. We chose dream team because if we work
together to help others we can create a Dream Team. Hope everyone enjoys it.
