St. Patrick's Primary School

It was great to see the young people from St.Patrick's again. We all had a lovely relaxing day and talked about Confirmation. Everyone participated in the activities and games. The young people also took the time to listen to their classmates. The effort the young people put into their prayer service showed they enjoyed their day.

Focus:

We made the sea because it looks like it is calm, and we were very calm and peaceful during prayer time.

We made the sun because Jesus is the light if the world and so is the sun. The night background makes the sun stand out and Jesus shines through the darkness.

The stars are the children of God because there are so many stars and children of God.

Music:

We picked Born This Way because we are different in our own way, but can always be the same by helping others. We want everyone to clap there hands to this song.
You've got a friend in me - We picked this song because it is a song about friendship and when someone  feels down we can always make them feel better

Scripture:
You are the light of the world (Matt:5) We think this story means, do not be afraid to show your personalities and let people see what you can do. Remember that there is no need to hide away, so show  yourselves and everyone will see how good you are.
